ADU Log collection in HP DL 380 G5,G6, G7 Servers for Linux                                      

Check hpaducli pakage is installed on server

Rpm –qa | grep hpaducli

Download the package

Cd /var/tmp

ftp ftp.hp.com

bi

ha

get pub/softlib2/software1/pubsw-linux/p1174222445/v61433/hpaducli-8.60-8.0.noarch.rpm

bye

Once downloaded install the rpm on server

Collect the ADU report on DL 380 G5, G6, G7 Servers                                                   

Run the following command to collect the ADU logs

sudo /usr/sbin/hpaducli -f /var/tmp/<hpcasenr>adu-report.zip

take this report and update to hp
